Leonardo DiCaprio takes in the sights of the Palace of Versailles during a recent break from shooting Inception in Paris, France. Taken on August 20 2009, these just-released photos show Leonardo mingling with members of the public as he is taken on a guided tour around the historic palace. The seat of French political power from the 17th century until the French Revolution, the renaissance palace is also where the peace treaty which ended World War 1 was signed.

Leonardo, Ellen & Joseph Take Their Inception to Downtown LA

Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page and Joseph Gordon-Levitt were back at work on the set of Inception yesterday, this time in LA rather than abroad in Paris or London. The movie is clearly still in the works, but the early buzz and immediate teaser trailer already have people anticipating the release next year. Joseph is enjoying some success this season thanks to 500 Days of Summer while Ellen Page’s Whip It! will be out next month.

Leo appeared to be having trouble with his costume and was seen adjusting his trousers in between takes. The Christopher Nolan sci-fi film also stars Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard and Oscar-nominated Ellen Paige.

Et oui, le beau (?) Leonardo di Caprio était à Monaco à hier soir. Au Sea Lounge, l’acteur américain était convié à la soirée privée organisée par un ami ukrainien dans le cadre de la finale de la super coupe d’Europe. Casquette vissée sur la tête, blackberry en main, Leonardo a accepté de signer un autographe à un jeune fan venu de l’Est. Et puis, il s’en est allé sur les mers à bord du “secret life”… Near, far, wherever you are !

Leo’s new bird

BY night, LEONARDO DICAPRIO is fascinated with the tall, leggy type but by day, he’s flocking around feathered birds.
He spent more than an hour watching peregrine falcons at London’s Tate Modern this week.
After gazing through binoculars at the birds of prey, he chatted with volunteers at the RSPB viewing site about them.
Leo was so taken with the majestic creatures, he signed a petition to help protect them.
He’s been out around the clock while he’s over here filming CHRISTOPHER NOLAN’s sci-fi movie Inception with MICHAEL CAINE.
Clearly he’s more than impressed with the birds in the Big Smoke.

Continuing on with his vacation abroad, Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted earlier today (August 15).
The “Catch Me if You Can” stud was accompanied by friends as they traveled by sea to the popular eatery, Club 55.
And in other news, Mr DiCaprio looks to have moved on from ex-girlfriend Bar Refaeli to fellow model, Anne Vyalitsyna from Russia.
Apparently the ladies man met the blonde beauty in London in July, where he is currently filming his new film called “Inception.”

DiCaprio filming in Paris continues

Leonardo DiCaprio has been keeping busy on the streets of Paris this week. The actor is currently filming Christopher Nolan’s Inception.
This week the names of the characters in the film were revealed.
Ellen Page is Ariadne, Joseph Gordon Levitt is Arthur, Tom Hardy is Eames, Ken Watanabe is Saito, Dileep Rao is Yusef, Cillian Murphy is Fischer, Tom Berenger is Browning. Leonardo DiCaprio’s name is missing from the list, but everyone assumes he might be named COBB, since this name appears above Page’s on the sheet, but without any actor listed. It is possible that CODD is just a code name for DiCaprio which may not even be used in the movie at all. Either that or COBB’s a computer generated character.
The First trailer for Inception will be shown during the previews before Inglourious Basterds this weekend!

Leonardo DiCaprio gets tangled up in a fight scene for his new film Inception, currently being shot in Morocco.
And Radaronline.com has learned you can expect to see a lot less of Leo.
The heartthrob actor has embarked on a major crash diet in the hopes of losing weight before the end of the year - and he’s not enjoying it one bit.
“Leo needs to shed at least 30lbs,” says a set source on Inception, the hotly anticipated action flick written by Batman director Christopher Nolan.
“He’s gained weight recently and looks almost a bit flabby, which isn’t good, especially as the camera adds pounds.
“There’s an action scene coming up at the end of the year in which he needs to appear emaciated, so the pressure is on.
“Leo isn’t the kind of guy who can just lose a radical amount of weight though - he gets very nervous about it.
“He’s following a strict diet and is embarking on a rigorous workout regime.
He hopes to lose the weight through the old fashioned way of cutting back on calories and upping his exercise.
“Leo’s a pretty determined kind of guy, when he sets his mind to things he always achieves them. Though this is going to be hard for him, you can guarantee he’ll succeed.”
