We finally passed a goal point, we reached 57,000 photos. All thanks goes to our contributors and admins for sending in and donating their scans to us. Thank you all for helping us achieve the largest online Leo gallery in the world. More photos have been added for Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Commercial.
I added new pics from March 27 and 28 to J. Edgar which is now filming in Virginia thanks to Andreina. I also received two ecards from Shadi and Shiva and 1 graphic for my birthday which is Today I’m 36 isn’t that depressing oh well sigh. Cheesecake is my birthday cake YAY! :cake:
Thanks to Kamal for donating scans from arabic magazines. Wessam also made a new icon and a new signature. I also added to pieces of news for the news center.
Gallery is temporarily on hold. I added some new stuff and I need to fix some of the albums so it’s offline for now. I can’t tell you when it will be back, but hopefully I will get it done fast. I added our first set for 2011 pics. And yes Leo is looking hotter than ever.
I’ve went ahead and added the Revolutionary Road and Shutter Island screen captures, I just have Titanic to go and that’s it. I had to reduce the load of over 4000 captures to 2650.
Now that the gallery is holding over 50,000 photos we’re closing close to needing a dedicated server just for the gallery itself. I am hoping to achieve that in 2011 with everyone’s help. If not, I’ll have to cut corners just to keep it online. Thanks to everyone that donated and helped tremendously.
It’s December and we’ve entered our 11th Year. It’s been 11 years, since I first created a Titanic site called The Heart of Destiny and after more then 100 layouts here we are in 2010 with Simply Leonardo DiCaprio.
As a memorial, I’ve went ahead and added all 107 layouts we’ve used for the last 11 years and I do have a new layout for December, but I am still working on it. I just need to make the header.
I will be creating a mailing list this year, which I will be sending Christmas cards for people who wish to receive them. I also got a small surprise, but it will be revealed soon. So keep an eye on the site.
Thanks to all the staff for all their work and for my friends who have helped all this year. You guys have been great.
