IFAW

Dear Friend,

Elephants around the world need our help. They are disappearing from our planet at an alarming rate due to poaching, loss of habitat and other factors.

That’s why I’m joining the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) once again in its efforts to protect these majestic creatures from extinction.

IFAW’s Animal Action Week, the world’s largest animal welfare event, starts this week in twelve countries around the world and many others thanks to the Internet. Its goals are education, awareness and activism. By participating in Animal Action Week you have a chance to help save wildlife around the globe by taking action online.

Please join me in this critical effort to help save the elephants. No matter where you live or what your age, you can participate.

Here’s what you can do:

Visit IFAW’s Animal Action Week site.

Become an elephant activist and take action!

Sign our petition calling for an end to the ivory trade.

And send an email to your friends and family to join us too
          – IFAW’s goal is one million signatures worldwide for the petition
          – let’s help them SURPASS this goal!

There are many other fun, educational activities on the site. Animal Action Week is a great way to get the word out so kids of all ages can learn what they can do to help IFAW save elephants from extinction.

Thanks for your support. Together we can make a difference.
