Chapter 4
Caroline started to dream as she fell into deep sleep. She saw Jonathan smiling at her.
"Hello Princess." He smiles at her.
"Jonathan, thanks so much for Jack." "He is the one you sent right?" Caroline hugs him.
"I can't say. You have to figure that out for yourself." He stands there looking at her.
"Why can't you say is that the rules?" Caroline sits by him.
"Something like that. I am so glad you are doing better." He smiled at her like he was happy and proud of her.
"It's all thanks to you and Jack. He's made me so happy." She felt loved she held Jonathan's hand.
"That's good to hear. Listen, I gotta go. There's another person I have to help." Jonathan looked up.
"Will you be looking over me?" She turned to him and held him in her arms.
"From time to time, yes." He kisses her and she opens her eyes.
"Thanks Jonathan for everything. Your parents would be so happy you saved my life." She felt like her spirit had been renewed.
"Maybe. I did them so wrong." He looks down feeling guilty for what he had done.
"Maybe. But I bet they still love you." She picks up his chin.
"I guess." He smiles and kisses her on the cheek.
"Take care, Jonathan. I love you." She walks away.
"Love you too." Caroline could feel his love she smiled in her sleep.
When morning came she yawned again and saw it was 6:10 a.m. She went to the restroom to pee then came back and snuggled into bed with Jack. She loved when he was asleep he looked so handsome. Like a glittering angel.
She couldn't go back to sleep so she stayed up. She went to take a bath and took one of the outfits that Jack had given her. She climbed into the shower and sang a song.
Sarah McLachlan: Fallen
Heaven bent to take my hand
And lead me through the fire
Be the long awaited answer
To a long and painful fight
Truth be told I've tried my best
But somewhere along the way
I got caught up in all there was to offer
And the cost was so much more than I could bear
Though I've tried, I've fallen...
I have sunk so low
I have messed up
Better I should know
So don't come round here
And tell me I told you so...
We all begin with good intent
Love was raw and young
We believed that we could change ourselves
The past could be undone
But we carry on our backs the burden
Time always reveals
The lonely light of morning
The wound that would not heal
It's the bitter taste of losing everything
That I have held so dear.
I've fallen...
I have sunk so low
I have messed up
Better I should know
So don't come round here
And tell me I told you so...
Heaven bent to take my hand
Nowhere left to turn
I'm lost to those I thought were friends
To everyone I know
Oh they turned their heads embarrassed
Pretend that they don't see
But it's one missed step
You'll slip before you know it
And there doesn't seem a way to be redeemed
Though I've tried, I've fallen...
I have sunk so low
I have messed up
Better I should know
So don't come round here
And tell me I told you so...

When she finishes showering she gets out feeling refreshed. She puts on her panties and puts on her bra. She gets the new shirt and a skirt and slips them on. She turn to look at herself in the mirror and smiles she looks so different and beautiful. She no longer views herself as a child. She's a woman now.
She goes into the bedroom after brushing her hair and putting on a small amount of makeup. She starts gathering everything and putting it into a pile. She gathers Jack clothes and folds them. She began to think about being married to him and smiled. Mrs. Jack Dawson.
She climbs into bed and kisses his lips. He responds.
"What are you doing up so early?" He sits up.
"Early it's 6:30. Come on get up." She pulls him by the arm.
"All right I am up. Wow you look hot." He notices the outfit she was wearing it was one of his favorites.
"Thanks. I really like this outfit. You really have taste Jack." She kisses his lips.
"Thank you." He kisses her back.
"Thank you too for everything and our special night together." She pulls her hair behind her ear.
"No problem. I enjoyed every minute of it." He smiles and notices she's not wearing her makeup the same way she used to before.
"So did I. I gathered most of our belongings and put them in a pile on the table. If I missed anything. You could do the rest." She gets up and waits for him to get up.
"All right let me take a shower and get my clothes." He goes to the closet and takes out his school outfit. A pair of jean and a white polo shirt he takes them with him to the restroom and Caroline hears the shower go on.
She sits there and orders breakfast. Not knowing what he liked. So she ordered things that she had guessed he would like. When she finished the order she puts on the TV and turns on the news.
"Hello Los Angeles. It's going to be a very nice day. 81 degrees today. So dress cool." Dallas Raines says.
Caroline thinks about her dream. She looks into the mirror. "Heather eat your heart out."
"Who you talking too?" Jack says looking at her talking to herself in the mirror.
"No one just thinking about this girl named Heather at school. She always said I wouldn't get a boyfriend." She turns around to see him starring at her.
"Well she was wrong wasn't she?" He walks forward and pulls her to the bed.
"Yeap. Wait till she sees you. You're hot!" She feels his weight on top of her and pushes his wet blond strands to the side.
"Thanks we better get going." He pulls her up and twirls her around.
"Wait I ordered breakfast." She goes to the couch to sit down.
"I was gonna take you to breakfast, but since you ordered I will kick back." He sits back with her and looks at TV.
"Ok. Stay there I got something else." She goes to get her purse remembering her camera that she had in it.
"Ok." He stays there and waits for her to come back.
"I want a picture of us." She holds the camera in her hand.
"All right." He didn't mind.
"First one for my wallet, smile." She takes the picture with her digital camera.
"Ok now both of us." She holds the camera and takes a shot as she lends against him. She takes a few more and smiles. When she finishes, room service knocks on the door. She let's them in and Jack gives the man a tip.
"It smells good." Her stomach began to growl. She takes the cover off her plate and begins to eat.
"Wow someone is hungry this morning." He smiles at her as she eats.
"Well I need energy if I am to survive you." She smiles back.
"What are you talking about?" He asks barely now just putting a piece of pancake into his mouth.
"Jack, I admit I never slept with a man before, but darling your an animal. When you make love to someone you don't hesitate." She remembers everything in slow motion in her mind.
"Are you saying you enjoyed it?" He looks at her.
"Of course, despite the pain." She remembered the pain oh so well.
"I know baby sorry about that." He looks at her with caring eyes.
They continue eating the rest of their plates and after they are finished, Jack begins to put away everything into the suitcase taking out another suitcase for her stuff. After everything is stuffed inside the suitcases. They get a person to take their stuff downstairs. Caroline walks with Jack to elevator. He pulls her close to him and kisses her. They step out of the elevator as it stops at the first floor. Jack goes up to the desk and checks out. He takes his keys out of his pocket and gives the valet his keys. The valet goes to get his car and when they finally bring it, they put his suitcases into the trunk. Caroline steps inside the car and Jack gives them another tip and gets into the driver's seat putting on his sunglasses and his hat driving off toward their school.
