Shutter Island pushed back to February 2010?
Moviegoers won’t be going to “Shutter Island” this fall, as Paramount has moved the Martin Scorsese-directed thriller, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, from Oct. 2 to Feb. 19. 2010

I hope this producer is right, but who knows…
I am disappointed too but the film’s producer says he is convinced that the film can compete peacefully for the next year for the Academy
I’am almost crying now, I didn’t think about the Oscar, but now you remember me, it’s true Leo chances to the Oscar now just finished, what’s this? why they do this? it’s so unfair, I’am furious
Okay – I was a little upset when Harry Potter got bumped from last fall to this summer, but I could understand it. Harry Potter is definitely summer blockbuster material. But to move Shutter Island and rob Leo of yet ANOTHER shot at the Oscar? That’s just evil.
