Leo’s properties:
Back in January, the baby-faced, Oscar-nominated actor paid $6,350,000 for a two-bedroom, three-bath house on the Encinal Bluffs. The place is a dream for an enterprising paparazzo, with a long, private staircase to the beach, well-known neighbors like Brad Garrett, Cindy Crawford, Brad Pitt and Angelina were just a few doors down, and walls of glass overlooking the Pacific.
Now he has sold the property for $7,999,000. But this wasn’t the only one he had. It’s the second Malibu house in D-Cap’s portfolio. Property records reveal he also owns a place on Carbon Beach and another in celebrity enclave of The Malibu Colony. Plus there’s a private island he owns off the coast of Belize that he hopes to develop into an eco-resort, and a newly renovated house high in the Hollywood Hills that he bought from Madonna back in 1994; It’s also said that Irmelin DiCaprio (the actor’s mother) owns a few more properties that his son bought for his family.

His Malibu home was sold for $9 million.
Leo recently said he isn’t going to help the paparazzi make any more money off of his life because of the dangerous way they go about getting their shot.
“The mere fact that these – I’ll use the word piles – are earning money from exploiting my image is the only reason I hide myself or am not a photo-friendly person. I do not like the way they conduct themselves. I think they’re disrespectful and dangerous. The reason I don’t pose or smile or that I seem mad is that I don’t want them to make a living off my private life.”
