Today, the gallery will be closing for 5 days to under go the changes for the new format and new cataloging. I will also be making a new layout for it. And will be adding a whole bunch of new things for you to see when the gallery is back online.

Thanks to all the members for supporting and helping out with everything. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Currently I am working on the Career section for the site. As I integrate the film section into the site, the page is now up. But not fully done yet. So far I did sections: Inception, Shutter Island, Revolutionary Road, Body of Lies and half of the Titanic page. As for gallery updates, I’ve done Joy scans from 2010 and 142 New Captures of the Meet the Characters Featurette  for Inception that are now in HD quality and a scan from Marion Cotillard’s Interview in Psychologies August Issue 2010.

I also updated the current projects icons on the sidebar.

Love Film claims that Warner Home Video will release Inception on Blu-Ray and DVD December 6th. Since it’s a Nolan film, that sounds about right. The Dark Knight, which was also a late summer theatrical release, hit DVD on December 8 back in 2008. Early December is Nolan’s comfort zone and it allows them to get Inception Blu-Rays on shelves in time for people on the lookout for Christmas stocking stuffers.

There’s been no official announcement yet, but as soon as there is we’ll get back to you with complete Inception DVD release details.

I meant to post this yesterday, but I was very tired and it was so hot here. Since I am working on some improvements, all intermediate images are missing. Those are the images you view when writing your comments. So if you see a little trashcan that’s why, just click on the trashcan to view the larger images.   I am also replacing images with better ones. I upgraded the image compression so the images won’t look so bland and degraded the intermediate image to 400 pixels instead.

I started working on the filmography section which has been updated and also started the first two pages for the Career Section. I haven’t made the graphic banners yet. But the page will contain banners for the movies that Leo has done. I’ve already completed pages for Inception and Shutter Island.

I’ve also added one scan from Movie Magic to the gallery.

Come September the new rules will be enforced. So with that the gallery will go down for the changes on August 31 to September 1. It will be back by September 2.

Inception Fan Art- Thanks to Ashley Mullins she created 20 Inception graphics. 17 Inception premiere Icons and 3 banners which are previewed on the left sidebar.

Also the Film Portfolio is gonna be integrated into the main site. I’ve thought it was time for it and so the Leo section will be modified and updated as well.

The gallery has been updated with lots of new additions. Too many to name. We also need more entries at our livejournal. So please send in those entries.

Inception Fan Art

If you like you making fan art. I am gonna make a section for Inception. So anyone that wants to make blends, wallpapers, animations, or drawings. Or even something that I didn’t think of. Feel free to submit those to me @ mrs_mlucas@hodnetwork.com and I’ll post them. But they must be made by you and not someone else’s work.

Also if your interested WB is holding a fan art submission for their 2nd Prologue Comic to Inception called “The Big Under”.  Anyone interested can read the rules at twitter and deviant art.

I updated some new rules for the gallery only because of various people. I won’t mention names. So here’s the newly updated one. Registered users most importantly.

I’m making several changes to the site as you have read in my last post. I deleted several pages that weren’t really needed.  We also have a new news poster, her name is Jenna. So she’ll be helping Naty and Me with that.

As you know Leo is in Italy and probably moving on to Ibiza as he has been there before.

I apologize for the icon challenge being delayed, but family comes first. I hope to start working on that today.

I am also making a change to the gallery rules. It might be more beneficial for some members, others not so good. I’ll let you know more on that. I’ll be posting more soon.

If you didn’t watch the Teen Choice Awards, Leo did win an award for Shutter Island in their Horror Category.
